Payment methods

We offer secure, reliable, and locally relevant payment methods in all European countries where we operate. Our payment solutions are tailored to regional consumer preferences, allowing customers to complete their purchases easily and with confidence.

All payments are processed through secure connections and comply with applicable European regulations for online payments.

Credit and Debit Cards

In all countries, we accept the most common international cards:

  • Visa

  • Mastercard

  • American Express

  • Maestro

Credit and debit card payments are processed immediately. We use 3D Secure verification to ensure additional security. The amount is reserved or charged upon order confirmation, depending on the card issuer.

Digital Wallets

In most European countries, we support popular digital payment solutions:

  • PayPal

  • Apple Pay

  • Google Pay

These payment methods allow customers to check out quickly without re-entering card details. PayPal also offers additional buyer protection in accordance with PayPal’s terms and conditions.

Payment on Invoice

For established business customers, payment on invoice is available subject to internal approval, depending on order frequency, order volume, payment history, and credit assessment.

This payment method can be selected during checkout. After placing the order, we will contact you to finalize the process and confirm the payment terms.

For new customers, a 100% prepayment is required for the first delivery. For subsequent orders, we generally apply 50% prepayment upon order confirmation and 50% payment within the agreed payment term after delivery.

Italy

  • PostePay

  • Bancomat Pay

  • Bizum

Portugal

Proforma Invoice

A proforma invoice is a preliminary invoice issued prior to payment. This document provides an overview of the ordered products, prices, any shipping costs, and relevant company details. It is issued for informational purposes only and does not constitute a final fiscal invoice.

Once payment has been received, an official invoice will be issued.

If you require a proforma invoice, you can select this option during the ordering process.

Questions About Payments

If a payment is declined, we recommend checking the entered details or selecting an alternative payment method. For specific questions regarding a transaction, please contact our customer service team or your card issuer.
