This narrow device wheel with brake is designed for light applications that are not heavily loaded and do not require robust use. The braked swivel castor is ideal for light devices, display stands, catering applications, and industrial kitchens. The wheels have a precision ball bearing secured with two hub caps that keep out dust and dirt. The swivel head is securely riveted and has minimal play. The galvanized swivel fork has a double ball track that is almost completely sealed and lubricated for its entire service life. The plastic brake blocks the swivel head and the wheel simultaneously without play. The brake function includes a rubber part that absorbs the force during braking, preventing wear on the brake.

Smooth rolling

The 150 mm wheels consist of a polypropylene rim with two wheel caps that are clicked into the precision ball bearing. The combination of wheel caps and ball bearings ensures that the wheel rotates without tension, resulting in low rolling resistance and long rolling continuity. The wheel caps also protect the bearing and hub from dust, dirt, and threads that increase rolling resistance in the long term. The wheels have a diameter of 150 mm, which is the largest size for an "appliance wheel." The advantage of this is that they provide a higher construction height and smoother rolling motion. The tire is made of thermoplastic rubber (TPR), which has a medium hardness and provides slight cushioning.

Optional: attachment with expander

The swivel castors can be attached with an expander that clamps into a sleeve or tube. The expanders have a range of 17 to 40 mm. Expanders are often used for tables, racks, warehouse trolleys, display racks, and serving trolleys, for example.
