Forward brake

The yellow galvanized brake is strategically placed on the opposite side of the swivel fork, unlike traditional casters. When moving forward, the brake moves forward with it, so there is no protruding brake on the pushing side of the transport cart. This prevents collisions with the tibia and increases safety. The brake is fully adjustable and blocks both the wheel and the fork at the same time, without any play.

Optional directional lock

The castors with a forward brake can be expanded with a directional lock. This optional accessory makes it possible to block the swivel function and allow the wheel to move in a fixed direction, similar to a fixed caster. The directional lock is mounted under the top plate and is easily operated with the foot. As soon as the lock is engaged and the cart starts moving, the swivel wheel automatically changes into a fixed wheel, regardless of the starting position of the swivel fork. This ensures stable and controlled movement.
