This 100 mm TPR rubber caster is the medical equipment version, classified somewhere between a furniture wheel and a standard transport wheel. It has a gray TPR rubber tire injected onto a polypropylene rim. With a hardness of 88 Shore A, the tire provides light cushioning, absorbing small bumps in the floor.

To ensure that the wheel rolls smoothly and lasts a long time, it is equipped with a central ball bearing and wheel caps. The wheel caps protect the ball bearing from dirt and dust, extending the lifespan of the wheel and minimizing maintenance. This also ensures that the wheel continues to roll effortlessly.

The fork of this swivel castor is designed with bolt hole attachment and has a bolt hole diameter of 12 mm. The surface is electrolytically galvanized, making it slightly corrosion resistant. The swivel is 90% sealed to protect against dirt and dust, guaranteeing long-term smooth operation, even in dusty environments such as warehouses or factories. The top plate also has a double ball race, giving the swivel good swivel rotation.

The solid attachment of the base plate to the fork piece minimizes play in the fork head and ensures stable application and smooth rotation.
