This 100 mm TPR rubber swivel castor is the equipment wheel version, classified between a furniture wheel and a standard transport wheel. It has a gray TPR rubber tire injected onto a polypropylene rim. With a hardness of 88 Shore A, the tire offers light cushioning, absorbing minor unevenness in the floor.

To ensure that the wheel rolls smoothly and lasts a long time, it is equipped with a central ball bearing and wheel caps. The wheel caps protect the ball bearing from dirt and dust, extending the service life of the wheel and keeping maintenance to a minimum. This also ensures that the wheel continues to roll effortlessly.

The fork of this swivel castor is designed with bolt hole mounting and has a bolt hole diameter of 12 mm. The surface is electrolytically zinc-plated, making it slightly corrosion-resistant. The swivel ring is 90% sealed to protect against dirt and dust, ensuring smooth operation in the long term, even in dusty environments such as warehouses or factories. The bolt hole mounting also has a double ball race, giving the swivel ring good swivel rotation.
