The pneumatic tyre is suitable for serving trolleys, industrial equipment and catering applications. This pneumatic swivel castor with brake performs excellently on rough surfaces. On flat surfaces, the pneumatic tyre provides effective damping, allowing goods, crockery and other loads to be moved quietly. The pneumatic tyre is equipped with two precision ball bearings that ensure low rolling and impact resistance.

Maintenance

Pneumatic tyres can deflate or puncture over time. For a long service life, it is important that the load capacity of 50 kg is not exceeded and that the pneumatic tyres are inflated regularly. Elastic rubber can be a maintenance-free option, but does not offer the same cushioning as a pneumatic tyre.

The swivel fork requires no maintenance. The swivel head is securely riveted with minimal play. The galvanised swivel fork has a double ball track that is almost completely sealed and remains lubricated throughout its service life. The plastic brake locks the swivel head and wheel simultaneously without play. A rubber part in the brake absorbs the force during braking and prevents wear on the brake.
