Shock resistant

The reinforced swivel fork, combined with a thick polyurethane tire, makes the braked heavy-duty swivel casters suitable for tough conditions where robust use is standard. They offer reliable support for transport carts that must endure heavy loads, shocks and peak loads. Although a heavy forklift collision can damage a swivel caster, they show resilience in the face of lighter collisions, uneven terrain and occasional overloading.

Robust and wear-resistant

The polyurethane tire resists rough concrete floors with steel shavings, dust, oil and other contaminants. Thanks to the hardness and elasticity of polyurethane, it hardly wears at all when in contact with rough surfaces. The reinforced swivel rim remains lubricated and sealed with a red dust ring that effectively keeps out dirt and dust.

Low rolling resistance

The natural character of polyurethane ensures minimal friction with the surface, resulting in low rolling resistance and long-term rolling continuity. Precision ball bearings (6204 ZZ) are built in on both sides, with a larger ball bearing deliberately chosen to optimize user-friendliness and rolling resistance. The swivel resistance is minimized thanks to the filled double ball race in the swivel fork.
