How is a drawbar secured to a shipping container and a vehicle?

The drawbar is secured to two ISO corner castings on the shipping container. These corners are specially designed corner pieces on the bottom of the container that serve as attachment points for various connecting pieces such as twistlocks and drawbars. The drawbar is secured in these corners by means of two clamps, creating a secure connection between the container and the tow bar.

In addition, the drawbar can be connected to a forklift or tractor. The drawbar has a hole, which is used as a coupling point to connect it to the vehicle. This makes it easy to move the shipping container. When delivery by semi-truck is not possible, the shipping container can be easily moved. This ensures smooth logistics operations, with heavy loads being moved with ease.
